Credit, debit & charge cards are accepted without surcharge. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. This is to prevent credit card fraud. Use of stolen credit cards will result in police notification.

Hence all our credit card transactions are undertaken via the WorldPay payment system which uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data.

The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to Worldpay are encapsulated using our own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via secure servers/.

Any communication between you, the 'shopper', and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser. You may also be further protected from fraudulent use of your card in a "card not present" environment, by your card issuer. The card issuers provide the right for you to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

No individuals within WorldPay or Attends Ltd are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
